  • To get a demo, please visit the respective signup form of the product you wish to download. Once filled in, please validate your email address. You should receive a demo license key for 30 days and instructions to get you started.

  • Need some additional time to continue your proof of concept? We are happy to extend your keys an extra 30 days. Get in touch with [email protected]

  • All our OpenIddict components and products that you demo are fully packaged solutions.

  • We provide next-day email support via Zendesk during your demo period. We are happy to help where we can. For support, contact [email protected]

  • Support is provided by email. We aim to reply within 24 hours of your query.  When necessary we can arrange a screen share session.

    All products come with the first year of support included. Subsequent support and updates can be purchased annually for 25% of the current list price

  • For SAML2P for OpenIddict, we provide an enterprise-wide perpetual license. This license enables you to use the component on any hardware you own or rent.

    Further, you can use the version of the component indefinitely with the license key provided.

  • If you purchase a component/product from Rock Solid Knowledge, the license we provide you will not expire.

  • If you plan to deploy your solution, bundled with our components onto your customer’s hardware, get in touch via [email protected] to discuss redistribution license terms.

  • Upon purchasing we only support the components/products you have purchased. For OpenIddict support, get in touch with the sales team via [email protected]

  • We don’t provide source-code of any components/products when purchasing a standard license.

  • We can accept credit cards, a bank transfer. The only method of payment we don’t accept is cheques.

  • We are happy to go through your preferred reseller.
